Hayward accepts Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges will be accepted only if the item is unused and has original tags on it and with original packaging. Items can be exchanged for a store credit up to 30 days from date of purchase.

*Please note all custom order jackets are final sale and can not be returned. Items that are marked “clearance” cannot be exchanged as they are final sale.*

REFUNDS

A copy of the original receipt must be provided with the exchanged item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your item after inspecting it. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate a store credit.

*Please note there will be no refunds on custom orders*

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customer are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
